Scrog net hitting 80% full, things getting interesting

Week 6 of veg and the net is really starting to come together. Running a 4x4 with a 6-inch mesh, canopy sitting right at the net level now. Started tucking new growth under about two weeks ago and the lateral branching has responded exactly how you want it to, shoots reaching up through every available square pretty aggressively at this point.

I topped her twice before she hit the net, so the main structure is two primary colas that split into four, and those four have been fanning out sideways ever since. The left side of the net filled in faster because that corner gets slightly better airflow from my intake, which i think pushed growth a bit. Spent some time yesterday redistributing some of the longer shoots across the thinner right quadrant and things look way more even now.

One thing i keep reminding myself with scrog runs is that patience during fill-in pays off more than flipping early. Every square you leave empty is a missed opportunity for a flowering site. Still got maybe 15 to 20 percent of the net to cover before i flip to 12/12, probably another 10 days at this rate.

Did a light defoliation yesterday, just pulled fan leaves that were sitting below the canopy and blocking light penetration to the lower bud sites. Left everything above the net untouched for now. Once i flip i'll do a bigger clean-up around day 21 when stretch is mostly done.
