Blue Dream Grow Report – Royal King Seeds genetics (amazing results)
Just finished my Blue Dream run from Royal King Seeds and I need to share these results.
Setup: 4x4 tent, 480W LED, 5 gallon coco/perlite, Canna Coco nutrients
Seed to harvest: 98 days (9 days germ + 35 days veg + 54 days flower)
Yield: 14.2 oz from 4 plants (3.5 oz per plant average)
Grow Notes:
- Very uniform growth across all 4 plants
- Responded incredibly well to topping and LST
- Stretched about 2x during flower
- Minimal leaf issues throughout
- Strong terp profile developed in last 2 weeks
Smoke Report:
- Sweet berry/blueberry aroma with hints of haze
- Smooth smoke, not harsh at all
- Uplifting cerebral high that transitions to relaxation
- Great for daytime use, creative projects, social situations
- THC tested at 22.3%
Verdict: 9/10. Blue Dream lives up to the hype. Perfect for intermediate growers. The RKS genetics are solid — all 4 seeds germinated, all 4 were female, all 4 were healthy. Would absolutely run again.

14.2 oz from 4 plants is impressive! What training method did you use? I want to try Blue Dream but in auto form.
I topped once at the 5th node, then aggressive LST to create an even canopy. The Blue Dream auto version should do well too — just skip the topping with autos and do LST only.
Great write-up! Blue Dream is such a reliable strain. I've been growing it outdoors in Canada and it handles the cold better than most sativas.
