Supercropping technique — controlled stress for bigger buds
Supercropping is bending branches until the inner fibers break (without snapping the skin). The plant repairs with a stronger "knuckle" joint. Benefits: controls height, increases nutrient flow to buds, creates more even canopy. Squeeze the stem gently until it softens, then bend 90°. Tape with masking tape if you go too far.
