SCROG net technique — complete step by step guide
SCROG (Screen of Green) uses a horizontal net to create a perfectly flat canopy. Install net at 12-16 inches above pots. As branches grow through, tuck them under and spread outward. This maximizes light distribution and can increase yields 30-50%. Best with photoperiods that you can veg long enough to fill the screen.
