Depends on the learning curve of the grower, the cultivar and growing environment. Water, dirt and sun is all you need in theory (it's a weed, it will grow just about anywhere). Applying the correct amount of nutrients at different stages, lighting and watering correctly will achieve "beyond" Top Shelf quality cannabis.
